I’d like to check whether someone knows an MBA program that really emphasizes Organizational Behaviour (and Coaching, in particular). Alternatively, a B-school that makes a lot of research in this field also interests me.

Seeing as I’ve just finished an OB class, I was surprised to find how many references were in my textbooks for current research conducted in Canadian universities (given, the textbook was written here, so maybe it’s not too surprising). U of T, York and Western Ontario were all mentioned. As well my friends experienced Laurier University OB research first hand, participating in surveys for extra marks.
I’m sure there are a lot more business schools with OB emphasis though, those are just a few I know of in Ontario.
